Coles missed a portion of practice on Wednesday with a back injury. He caught 12 balls for 144 yards and a touchdown in last Sunday's 26-13 win against the Vikings before getting hit in the back in the fourth quarter.
Coles has 87 catches on the season for 1,065 yards and six touchdowns.
Running back Cedric Houston (calf) is also listed as questionable, while quarterback Chad Pennington (calf), center Nick Mangold (hip) and defensive end Bryan Thomas (shoulder) are all listed as probable.
